It’s not a novel idea, or even my own.
But I have taken the challenge. 1000
hours of fresh air, enjoying the beauty
of nature, yard work, gardening, – all
of it. I clearly remember telling my kids
Let’s go outside – time for a little outside
So now I’m telling myself- time for a lot
of outside
I started Sunday, and so far I have 4 hours and
33 minutes- give or take a second or two
While driving home from the grocery store
I thought- if I get behind on my hours
I could count driving if I drove with the windows down.
I am excited about this idea.
I don’t want to become a houseplant!
