A few days ago Mr. Fix-it and I were returning
from an evening walk, when Mr. Fix-it leaned
over into the garden-ish area to pull up a weed.
I hollered out to him,
Don’t pull it, that’s a butterfly bush start.
He backed away and said,
Good thing you saw me, I would have
pulled that, it looks like a weed.
One of my most favorite things about Daisies
is- that I can identify them. Of course, they are simple
beautiful flowers. But, because I can identify them,
I don’t pull them up in the early spring,
thinking they are weeds. I don’t want to
think of how many flowers I have pulled up before they
bloom because I thought they were weeds. But not the Daisy.
The Daisies are safe with me.
