A Bike Riders Unsaid Thanks…

thanks to all the lawn mower guys and gals who stop when I pass

by on my bike.

thanks for those who give me three feet- it is Kansas Law

thanks for the people who don’t blow out of their drive way

but look both ways

thanks for the weed eaters who pause…

thanks for the people who see me stopped on the side

of the road and ask if I am OK…

thanks for the people who give me space when the shoulder of

the road is full of debris.

thanks for people who let me go first at a 4 way stop even when it’s

not my turn

thanks for the people who slow down when they pass me when it’s

windy

thanks especially to hubby who changes his route to accommodate me on bike rides

fills up my tires, oils my chain, adjusts my seat, and slows his pace
