We had a lovely family get together
on Easter Sunday. Hubby made three
quiches. Quite a production. I make the
crust the day before and he rolls it out and
blind bakes it in the evening. He mixes
up the quiche insides in the morning and
times it just right so they have time to cool
enough to be cut. One of my grown girls and
our daughter- in- law filled the eggs. One of
our grown girls came in from out of town with
her beau and brought me some lovely droopy
orange tulips. I love that they are droopy and
the color is the best! Late morning an out of
town grown girl texted me
Later another grown girl sent me a text Thank you for having us
feeding us and providing
a place to gather.
It’s nice to gather isn’t it. To play games and talk loud and
eat different kinds of food and let the short ones play together.
