So far we have been in Omaha
first we biked a trail in Council Bluffs Iowa
before we checked into our hotel. We did Old Market.
Very artsy and pretty! And delicious food at M’s.
Next day we drove to Sioux Falls and went to an art festival. Very nice
Then in the Bad Lands, we hiked the Notch Trail.
I am afraid of heights. That is not me in the picture.
One of my grown girls said, it doesn’t look that steep.
It was the going down that was the worst. Everyone on
that trail talked about the going down. How they were
going to approach it. I found it so funny that many of us
were afraid of heights. What were we doing? Today we rode
our bikes just a smidge on the Mickelson Trail. We will
be riding plenty tomorrow. At the end of the day we hiked/walked up
the very short, but still up, trail to the top of Mount Roosevelt,

Sounds like a wonderful trip. The Notch trail looks amazing. I’m adding it to my list.
