The dictionary/thesaurus lists some words related to cuckoo–
fool, nuts, silly, batty, wacky, insane…
I thought I might be feeling cuckoo today -until I read those words.
I did not feel nuts today
I was not wacky or insane
Batty silly I did not do
Fool was far from me too.
Instead I might have felt a smidge
of Monday blues…
The thesaurus listed 12 words related to blues-
dejection, despondency, mournfulness, gloom, glumness
melancholy moodiness doldrums, dumps, gloominess,
sadness, unhappiness…
After finishing up that list – I decided I was just fine!
No blues or cuckoos.
