I met up with one of my grown girls at an interactive
library and nature center. She loves the out
of doors, she loves wild flowers and the beauty of grass,
water and weeds. She loves birds.
She loves seeing other people, total strangers, and striking
up conversations with them. She loves checking out library books ,and
has a trunk full of them at all times. She finds something kind to say to everyone.
She likes to include beautiful life in everyday. It is very
important to her, I’d call it life giving. She’s a young mother of two.
When her first born was still an infant, she pressed her little face into
the grass, just so she could experience the smell and feel of it.
She gets depressed or disappointed in herself if she does not get at
least a snippet of nature everyday. She invites others along with her on
her nature excursions…back yards, dirt paths, walks around neighborhood
lakes to see turtles and herons. Or a simple walk around the block to collect
roadside weeds for table tops…
I know this library and nature lover : ) What a sweet post about her!
