Dreary weather about got me today
I was just about to call it a day and change
to my days end clothes when I rethought:
You could take a quick jaunt around
the woods So I put on my coveralls and
hat and gloves. It wasn’t near as bad as I
imagined.
All the hedge apples are going brown and
their filling is starting to fall out.
Outside hours to date in 2026:1
I like how you tracked your outside hours in 2025 and have been thinking about it a lot. It was so dreary and chilly yesterday I was only going out when necessary, but at the end of the work day I decided the only way past the funk was to go outside. It was chilly but the right thing to do.
We too avoided the outdoors until I realized I just needed fresh air. We bundled the girls and headed out and it was lovely.
