Yes, it’s the short ones, again. Over and
over when I was with them they said, Gigi,
take a picture. Of their barbies. They were
delighted to see their barbies in pictures.
This picture is of the Ginger Family, and includes
all the red headed barbies. I cut off the one in the stroller
by accident -oops-It is so life like, isn’t it.
When I read the Barbie book by Ruth Handler, she states
that she made Barbies to help girls play act their roles as adults.
Barbie was the doll of choice for my own 4 girls ,and many of
my grandchildren. Sometimes I think we are all play acting at
growing up. I mean really who knows how to do it. Growing up
people, does not come with an owners manual. Maybe it is a good
idea to play act things first.
