Often when I am reading a book I will take a note if I like a line or phrase.
I save them on tiny scraps of paper and stuff them in front pant pockets,
or coat pockets or tape them to a wall or mirror.
This line- Think what if the sky doesn’t fall, what if its’ glorious? –
has stayed with me. I wrote it out close to two years ago. I think of it, not near enough,
but still. Today I thought of it often. As much as I would like to imagine to
be an upbeat, positive person, all the time, it is simply not true.
Sometimes I get into a funk and have a hard time breaking out of that funk.
I kept those tiny bit of words in my mind today and said them to myself over and over.
And, low and behold, the words, did break through to me,
at about 6:30 this evening…
