This little bean/corn art piece is the kind of thing I
hang on to for years-this specific piece is easily into it’s
thirties. There are hundreds of creative things my kids
taped, glued, stapled, finger painted, sculpted, colored,
throughout the house. I can’t seem to part with them.
My mother was no better- before she passed on she
sent me a package that included a poem I wrote in the
sixth grade, a paint by number, and my sixth grade
safety patrol badge. And, yes, I saved them.
