While staying with our grown girl and family.
We enjoyed ourselves greatly. Except for the
drive there and back. It was hellacious. It never stopped raining.
If you read the little bit piece I wrote about myself,
it says, I don’t like driving in the rain. I can assure you,
I still don’t like driving in the rain. But what are you
going to do… It was raining, and the whole of drivers, truckers,
camper pullers, school busses, wide loads were all driving SLOWER.
There was no way around it, only through it. Yikes. And, yes, there is
an art to driving in the rain.
Now to the cats. While at the grown girls we were surrounded by cats.
Not hers, they, the cats, 4-6 or 7 laying around at
all times in the streets, driveways or grass. There was one named Hugo,
he lived a few blocks away, and was named after Victor Hugo. He was a
delight for the short ones to see. They petted and handled and oohed and
aahed over him. Cats were everywhere, just everywhere.
Enjoy the lovely artwork from one of our short ones!!
