Ever wonder why some things
don’t get put away. We have moved
the green funnel from dish drainer
to counter to butcher block and back
dozens of times. It’s plastic and it’s
cracked. I’m wanting to trash it, but
Mr. Fix-it suggests it’s still useful-
I used half the orange the night before
for book club. But the other half never
made it back inside the fridge. They
were tasteless oranges-but sliced, did
serve to pretty the water in the carafe.

Hi, I have challenged myself to 1000 hours outside time in a year.
Obviously I did not start till a few weeks ago. But I am keeping
tract of it so I can see if I can reach it.
