Today I spotted six living daffodils. This is
nothing for us. We have rows of daffodils and
several circular gardens they bloom in. But not
this year, they were froze out. Sad. Happily though,
the hyacinths have bloomed, the hostas are popping
up throughout the flower beds, the cherry tree is flowering.
Our hydrangea bushes are trying to get going too. I spent
a bit of time this afternoon lopping off the old ones. Many I
could not reach.
