We had such a full day.
We started our morning with
a bike ride on the Interurban
Road. A mostly flat ride with very
little traffic. We took it up to Dearborn,
Missouri, and had breakfast at
the Dearborn Cafe. And, for whatever
reason. Inexplicable, to me, I decided to
paint the bathroom. Nuts… I made pan-fried
pork chops for dinner with gravy, stuffing,
steamed zucchini squash, and refrigerator pickles.
A delicious meal, if I do say so myself!
Some days are just like that.
