Do we love Mondays?
I clean the bathrooms on Monday
I vacuum the house on Monday,
including the stairs. I do all sorts
of odds and ends on Mondays, things
that I notice are amiss over the weekend.
Sticky chairs, fingerprints on doors,
shoes where they don’t belong,
stopping the dining room table being
a catch all of everything that has
made it through the front door.
By 6 in the evening I am
tired of Mondays.
