One of my daughters used to tape leaves to her bedroom wall.
She brought nature inside with her. She’d walk the neighborhood streets
plucking stray flowers from the roadsides. Vasing up “weeds” when she
returned.
Now I pick weeds from the roadside, bark from the yard. milkweed from the
side woods.
And tape them to my wall or display them on my window sills.
