Have we all painted by number?
Or are we free handers. Adding
bits of paint of our own choosing.
Mixing up fresh shades of blues
and greens. Various hues of violets
and yellows. In the last month or so
two of our grown girls have held paint
by number get togethers. Talent abounds
at these gatherings. It seems as if many
have latent talent for painting and arts
of various kinds. So it’s especially pleasant
when opportunity and time arise. These
women whipped out these paintings in
an hour or so in a dimly lit room. Many using
their phone flashlights to see the numbers clearer.
Some never using a number at all instead filling the
canvas with their own version.

canvas to her short one who painted
without numbers this beautiful piece
of artwork.
These little
paint kits have proved to be a fun and productive evening.
