Mr. Fix-it has washed dishes, folded laundry,
changed diapers (when our kids were babies),
and almost always cleaned up after big events,
parties, holidays all of it. One of the skills he has
is getting burnt pans (stainless steel ones), completely
looking like new on the inside. I have been a
burner of pans since we first married.
I like high heat-flames licking the sides of
the pan, kinda heat.

P.S. I could not make myself go outside
past the porch yesterday. I was way sad
for the flowers and buds that had started
to break through, only to be so miserably
frozen.
