One of the many things Mr. Fix-it does, is fix broken things.
At Christmas he got a “new” fishing vest.
So…he is fixing it up. He is sewing extra pockets
onto it and reinforcing some of the material.
Yesterday, he said to me he misplaced
the seam ripper. I gave it to him so he could
mend his jeans a few months ago. I gotta say,
I never imagined him using the word- seam ripper-
But, he is quite the seamstress.
So far, he has repaired our camp chairs,
our tent things from our trailer,
a pair of jeans, and his fishing vest.
