Mr.Fix-it is an excellent Quiche maker. He
rolls out a perfect pie crust. These crusts are all
butter crusts. I use Irish butter. This is for the
par-bake. He has yet to make up his 3 kinds of
quiche. They are delicious. He always includes a
vegetarian, for the vegetarians among us. This is our
4th year we have served quiche for Easter morning.
Outside hours to date: 131
P.S. I am pretty sure I do better getting outside
if I challenge myself. The year is 1/4th over
and I am lacking outside time. I plan to get
at least get 700 hours this year…
As a real man I don’t actually eat the quiche, I just prepare it.
