Today, while working to revive/replant some jade cuttings,
I sat down on the concrete patio and looked around me. I lost
hope for a bit. All the leaves are falling, the gardens are
dying back and it all makes me just a bit sad. It seems
like just when those leaves are in their most colorful,
beautiful stage they fall to the ground and have to start
all over again.
