Yesterday, I walked with hubby around the
perimeter of the garden-ish area.
Pointing out the Black Eyed Susan, and
Colombine, while saying, see self seed. They
are everywhere now, even shooting up
in the gravel driveway. I am hoping by showing him
all these self seeders that I will spare them their time
outside of the perimeter. I don’t want them mowed down.
Or even weed whacked.
Check out the blackberries-I have eaten 4 so far
they grow in
the gravel too.
I moved two or three of the Black Eyed Susan down
to the edge of the creek bed. They looked dead for weeks.
Now they are perking up. I am hoping for them to bloom too.
I love just moving the plants I already have around to different
parts of the property. I like to think they, the plants, love it too.
A different view for them.
