Not sure what came over me that I sent this picture out
to several of my girls. Look I made homemade tortilla strips!
Not really- all I did was use a pizza cutter and cut through a
couple of store bought tortillas and bake them in the oven
with a sprinkle of oil and salt. In truth it was crazy simple,
but I loved the way they looked and they especially tasted
good in our taco soup!
Well it inspired me to make some!
