Remember that game, Telephone Telephone? Messages are whispered
from person to person and then the original messages are compared.
Even if you’re not playing the game just answering the phone and yammering
it up can result in a garbled mess of the message. Talking face to face too.
Messages, can be misconstrued, distorted or misunderstood. All of it.
Especially, with the ones you really want to get the message, or be
understood by. The verse in the Bible that admonishes us to
be quick to hear and slow to speak is found in James Chapter 1.
It’s like, slow down, compute what is said, and then answer.
Well gee, that’s pretty straight forward.
