After tennis this morning, an older player, who I have only known as
older, spoke about how she hoped her knees wouldn’t bother her later.
She’d had a shot, but wasn’t sure if it had helped her yet. She pointed to
her knee where they had put the shot in. I took a quick look at her knees-
they are old knees. As we were walking away from the tennis court, she told
me, her and her husband celebrated their 62nd anniversary Sunday.
I’d say her knees have been around for a bit.
In Isaiah 46:4 it says: I will be your God throughout your lifetime-until
your hair is white with age. I made you and I will care for you.
